hmm I wonder how my celery 600@900, 256mb and GF2MX 32 will handle this. Anybody know?

The demo runs at 800x600x32 at around 30-50 fps

I also finished MOH at 15fps average 640x480x16 so I can handle slow performance

Pretty pathetic if you ask me that we have to sacrifise detail cos stupid code
Its not bad code dude. Its just that the textures used in the very high texture detail mode are huuuge. You'd need a 128mb gfx card for it to load fast.

edit: I'm referring to SOF2 btw... nfi about the texture size/detail in JK2

It's your vid card that's holding you back, it's the bottleneck.

[H]ardOCP compared the 128Mb GF4Ti4200 and the 64Mb GF4Ti4200 using JKII, and the 128Mb card came out on top due to JKII's larger texture sizes, so I'd say they're larger than normal.

DangerMouse: I know. I need a new video card...Not really, but a new one would be nice.
