Default suggestions: enhanced textarea for web form

Hi,

I've been writing a website and im using a javascript program called tinyMCE to auto-write html using a gui interface. I've come across a few problems

-it uses old school html tags for fonts etc
-it doesnt restrict embedding so it can cause problems
-text written in it will not stay formatted when sent as a html email.
-it cant upload images and show them in the post.

I was wondering if there was something similar to the phpBB one or the vBulletin one that I could basically have the following features.
-upload attachments with the post.
-fonts, sizes, colours, etc in a css compatible way
also one that can be easily manipulated with php.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I love how you cant configure it via php and then it writes its own html code.

grrr, i meant to write can, but im really tired today for some reason.

FCKeditor has some cool features which im fond of
-can be instansiated as a php object
-skins look nice
-inbuilt image uploader, so i dont need any addon plugin
-it reckons that its css compliant, although it uses "font" tags so im not so sure.
