hah, not even close (unless it was a K car maybe).

maybe 6-7k? None of the Leica stuff is new -all 2nd hand.

I'd trade everything in (except for the biogon and planar and maybe the heliar) for an MP right now

well i made an epic failure with film last night

tried to take a shot on the sat photowalk with my K1000, didn't work

got home, rewound the film, and i realised i tried to take shot 26 of a 24 exposure film...

whoops

Wooooo! See the people in the team? They're not just amateur geeks like us who are sad cos they can't take fun polaroids anymore, they're various experts who have worked with instant film for 30 years as well as chemists and such to develop new methods. Sounds gooood.

Yeah, thats the only reason i've given it a second thought..
I've never actualy seen genuine people with real industry experience, connection, and influence involved with anything like this before.
I'm really interested in possible new directions it may be taken aswell.
Dont want to get too excited yet, but its all a nice thought

Doesn't the k1000 stop you fully cocking the shutter and winding to the next frame at the end of the roll or something?

my adorama arrived, it started as just getting some zuiko lenses but i grabbed an EOS A2 as well (considered one wiht eye focus, but figured i didnt need any extra orphan technology to break in it)

i was going to buy some velvia, but didnt realise it was slide film (nooby me) but will get some kodak elektra at some stage.

so here it is, and the two fullframe lenses i already have. not too sure if there are any good developers here, but will find out soon i suppose.

(surprisingly my crop lenses give a lot bigger image than i thought they would on film)

oh and a pinhole camera i bought a while ago for 10 bucks, took a few photos in paris with it, hope they worked.

now i just need to shake the habit of looking at the back of the A2 after taking a photo. huge camera compared to the 400D too.

I dont see a crop lens there?

Just put together a quick macro setup to photograph some film to see whether it is worth getting a V300-V500 or not.. results are on the forums
