Welcome to the new Case clubs structure, i hope this can be a healthy resource for members in the future.

At this present time, i ask people to please please not post in this thread unless you are the 'leader' of a case club. Currently the only Case club leaders are Smack_01 and nwatts, im still looking for someone to come forward from the Lian Li camp to run their club.

How this works

The Case Club Hub™ is a thread designed to be used as a central 'hub' in the managment of case clubs, and should hopefully enable us to take better advantage of the forum system in enabling people to view threads which appeal to them more than having to sift through superflous information in extrememly large threads.

I ask that each of the case club leaders creates an initial post (one quite similar to the first post in existing threads) outlining the procedure for members to join the club, and member numbers etc.

In order for the thread to be a useful point of reference, it may also be handy for the case club leader to have a second post in this thread containing links to case reviews, links to interesting case related threads within the forums and any useful tips etc the person running the club wishes to include.

I would imagine that the club leader would accept members, review links, threads etc through PM's in the forums, however if the leader of the club wishes to have contact via email etc in the thread that should be no problem either.

If anyone out there is interested in creating a new case club, feel free to PM me and we can organise something, but please at this time, only case club leaders post in this thread, all other posts will be deleted

* This club is for modders who mod (duh!) Generic cases, ie. cases with no brand name. Or just a one-off brand that know ones ever heard of! (eg, Omni, millenium).

TIPS/MODS:

For all those owners of Antec 1080AMG or 660AMG Metalic Grey cases that are looking to color code their CD drives, floppies or anything else, a fellow club member has found a car detailing paint that is pretty much the exact color of the case. Its "Holts Dupli-Color Auto Spray DSDA4 Daihatsu Grey Metalic Cob" and can be located at Bunnings, and also shops like Super Cheap Auto which sell car paints. The finished product pictures can be seen in tHRice's PCDB.

Another paint alternative used by a member was Holts Dupli-Color Mitsubishi Saimaa Grey, code DSC54
