Having seen the number of people who either already own, or received a Char-G for christmas, I thought it would be cool to start up a Char-G owner's club. Post a pic of your Char-G and put a link to this thread in your sig. If you need an image host, visit http://imagestore.ugbox.net
My Char-G is the white Nissan Skyline. Ive modified it so it now has racing stripes and has tinted windows. Click to view full-sized image! Hosted by UGBox Image Store Cut & Paste sig: Char-G Owners Club

I got The Japanese version of the Tomy Bit-Charg. At the moment I recently bought the AutoModellista set comes with 4 bodies. a RX-7, Supra, R34GT-R and R32GT-R. Have u got the Japanese or Australian version?. Japanese is abit more expensive but I beleive it's worth paying abit more. I have two aussie releases cost me $50 each at the time(The Blue Skyline GT-R & Honda S200. The difference between the Japanese and Aussie is that. The Japanese is smoother to control, More detail craftmenship and the most important is the turbo button!!!! most motors released come in 2.2. Mine is 2.6! it runs as 2.2 but once pressed the turbo button it ZOOMS to 2.6! these r the advantages I have against cheap australian releases (ToyRus, Target, Kmart, BigW)I really do recommend !Fiddly Fingz . The site may not be something to look at. But the guy who owns it does a really honest and reliable job. From delivery to giving discounts. He's fair. I usually call him to feel at ease where my money is going, instead of doing orders by email or sms. I also have the Initial D set and the H1 Hammer. I don't recommend the Hammer cos it's not a Tomy and it's suppose to go on carpet! but it's shit on it. That's what I think anyway. It's ur money! Cheers |

I bought one of these cars when i was in New York's Chinatown a few days ago. The brand is Shen Qi Wei (yumcha) and its really similar to the Bensu that dan reviewed, cost me Aus$20
. for that price, i was quite happy with the performance. Also picked up an upgrade kit from the radioshack there, for a more powerful motor and gears. Anyone know where i can get the drift wheels ?

I went on a quest for the past two days to try and get a blue Skyline (40 MHz). Most shops were sold out, apart from two - which had every car except the blue Skyline. God damn it.

I'm in,
I got a white r34 skyline and have added a zaust, front mount intercooler, reception upgrades (on the car and handset) and a lowering job to it, looking at getting a 3.0 motor asap!

DioXidE - how did you lower yours. is there a website with instructions?
![]() All you other owners want to do a group buy from toy east by any chance? I really really want a supra body or those modellista kits. Would be way cheaper than that site posted earlier. Have had mine a few months now - Nissan Skyline R34 Special Edition - Hiroto Xanavi

How do the nanoracers sold at Strathfield compare to the Char-G cars (Strathfield seem to have heaps of these)?

EDIT: did a dummy order for 5 of these, works out to be ~AUD $55-60 each depending on exchange rate. that fiddlythingz store selling for AUD$160
