Default AMD SMBus fail (solved)

Hi I have Windows 7 64bit Ultimate with SP1
It detects an update which is
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc driver update for AMD SMBus

and it fails every time it tries to install. Anyone know where I can get this and manually install or something?
Tried one download and then it came up that it was not for my system even though it downloaded the one for my windows.

Thanks
Can not find a delete to delete this thread.

Anyway I uninstalled a few drivers and the sound driver then it let me install that update after that I reinstalled all the drivers I needed.
