Default Oh Oh from the rear

Hi Everyone

Cable access hole
mark it out, pre drill some holes, fibreglass the edges & recess, file to shape & size & recess the cutout

the 90 degree pwr chord needs to fit the hole after refiling the glassed edges

the backside recess to allow a bit extra cable clearance, all edges are rounded so no sharp edges to cut or fray the cables

recess sanded to depth to allow for some filler & the alloy plate to sit flash

trial fit for depth 1st up

filler added & sanded

plated fits flush
still need to drill the mounting hole & cutout the cable hole/slot

left out a heap of pics, but i'll give you the scoop
