One of my best mates bought a Vega yesterday, thought i would show u guys the result i got on he's pc, seems on par with a 1080.

Reference Vega, cpu and gpu running stock

wonder if there is a tweak to use more cores.... might have to look at that but anyway this bench is going to hide under a rock

I think its just too old and wasnt written to support the higher core count.

I posted a link a little further up in the thread. The benchmark spawns one thread per core so having more cores just means you have more threads thus, raw clock speed is the winner.
