Default Installing bootloader on existing Mint and XP system

I have a PC here that has 2 HDDs - one has Linux Mint on it, the other XP. Both operating systems were installed stand-alone.

Is there a way to install a bootloader, allowing it to be setup as dual-boot?

PS - I'd rather not install either OS again, but if need be, can reinstall XP if it makes the task easier.

What bootloader does Mint use? If it's grub, you should be able to add XP to the menu list manually (I think, from memory).

With both drives installed, try running update-grub and see if Windows gets added to the boot list automagically.
