Default Page 58 GPU block question

Considering the cable tie GPU mounting here, I am curious if you still need (or would want to) use a support or stabilizer on a waterblocked GPU?

Never liked having any sag on my GPU's, over 10 years ago used to have a pencil cut to size to hold one level.

PC cases are now FT02 and RV02-E, helps keep my gpu straightness/anti sag OCD in check.
I ask as someone who last put a block on a Nvidia 6800 (AGP). That block was super heavy and made the ass end drop like a rap video. Curious if the newer blocks resolved that. I'm also thinking about re-adding that GPU block to a retro rebuild PC. Last I recall, I used a cut pvc tube as a pillar support for the card from the bottom of the case.

Also props on that speaker cabinet. 1st though was "damn, you have an extreme alarm clock there".

Default Can I play? :)

PC was getting hot after I moved to a smaller, more cramped case to fit in a cupboard...

Duct tape FTMFW.

There's something about the "Toughpower" logo that makes this even funnier, great pic.

Cheers mate.

I am so not a morning person, I should probably be plugging my phone in to the speaker system of an evening.
