Thanks, I own a laser cutter and have so thats no issue there, run an activated carbon filter and ventilation to try to be a nice neighbour hehe

So unfortunately this project is going to be postponed indefinitely...

I was given a bit of an old-school "broken" CNC 3040 mill today, ended up only having a broken plug for one of the end-stops and was using a Parallel driver and the e-stop button had disconnected inside.

I ended up sticking the GRBL Arduino shield I had ready for this mill and hooked the steppers up to that and it works perfectly...so can't justify making another CNC mill at the moment
