At that price I'd be thinking grey import also. Best you can get retail is maybe around $950.

Not really. Just warranty could be an issue if it's ever needed. Other than that as long as you get from an established and trusted source of the import I don't think it's a big deal really.

So i've been using the dual-sim S8 for a few weeks now and overall, am loving it.

Occasionally it has a few glitches. It sometimes has issues making several calls one after another (needs to have plan mode switched on and off to fix), and sometimes has issued switching quickly between sims (ie. using data on SIM2, and then immediately making a phone call on SIM1).

It seems like the phone needs a minute between using alternate SIMs - but that's about it really.

Loving having both my personal and work in the one phone. It's also allowed me to cancel my old personal contract, and i'm now only paying $14 a month for my personal phone - versus the $95 i was paying before. This phone is saving me $81 a month without me doing anything!

Have to admit it's going to be tough to ever leave dual sim phone in the future if I ever have to. Getting used to it, just gives me that extra data top up with another super cheap sim data only plan.

So easy to manage what uses what, too.

Yeh i think i'm done. I don't think i'll get a phone without dual sim in the future.

Here's hoping the new iPhone 8 will come in a 2 SIM variant. While i like Android, i still think iOS just works better, plus iMessage is so good.

Apple is really trying to crack into the Chinese and Indian markets, which they're not going to succeed at unless they go dual-sim. So i think there's a chance
