Just buy the cheapest ebay p104, they are all the same - ie all rebuilt with scrap cells.
Then when it craps out you can do the Lipo upgrade to it. My Lipo runs the circular saw as if it's on mains power! You should really have put a dropoff or kicker on the end of that mtb ramp. |

I've just ordered a new set of Li-Po cells to convert one of my other yumcha P104's. If anyone's still interested I can take some more detailed photos. I'm going to try and squeeze in 5000mAh of 20C Li-Po grunt this time.
I also converted my Bosch Rotak 34Li cordless lawnmower to Li-Po. Its 36V so 10S. it kicks arse now. This is the pack I created... http://db.tt/8fC9SMSt But in this case there is no balancing or protection built into the Bosch packs like there is on the Ryobis, so I have to recharge it using a hobby balance charger. I reckon making an adapter so I could use 2x P104's to create a single 36V Bosch would be better. its just so much safer having all the protection built right into the pack. It would stick out the top of the mower though - like a supercharger lol. |
