The first pic of the turkey deboned looked like a butterflyed frog to me. Im trying to convince the parents to let me cook one for christmas dinner. They are somewhat traditional in what we eat unfortunantly.

More or less I squeezed about half an orange on top of it, with a sprinkle of sugar. Pretty damm easy, just 200grams of flour, 1 egg, teaspoon of baking poweder, 1 cup of milk, dash of oil and a few tablespoons of sugar, all whisked together!

also tried to make beggar's chicken, thanks Amfibius.

heres how it turned out, had to use foil cause couldn't buy lotus leaves today.

Looks good, Kenny12! Did you use any rice wine? Normally my chicken is overflowing with sauce when I open it. The beauty of this sauce is that the chicken made it itself Can't seem to see any in yours?
