That's quite reasonable. I might do that to my .308 (when it arrives).

If I knew you did fluting I would have sent my bolt to you! You set-up to do barrel fluting also?

What options do you offer on fluting?

guns shoot better when they look cool. I want to get all my bolts fluted. I love the deep fluting on Danny's Tikka. I want to get the same for my Tikka but fear he may hate me for copying.

Yep, its mostly cosmetic. But it does remove some weight from the bolt and gives dirt and crap a place to go.

I plan on getting the barrel of my tikka fluted and shortened. Trying to get its weight with 11 rounds in under 3kgs.

So I'm heading to California for a few weeks in the new year on work, decided to embrace the opportunity and find somewhere I can fire some of the bigger things we aren't allowed to have here

So far have came up with battlefield vegas, anyone done this before or have any suggestions? Only specific rifle I want to try is a .50BMG

anyone here have any land that I can shoot/hunt on? (preferably in NSW)
please PM me, even just for plinking.

I had a friend whose uncle had a property, but unfortunately my mate is in the army now so I don't have access to it anymore.
