Question res/pump not straight

Hi there any suggestions how to get it straight?
https://www.dropbox.com/s/obhex1jxxgud85q/res.jpg?dl=0

I thought when I put tubing in it will end up straight but what I have seen on YouTube it will just force the tube to be pushed down a bit.
Oh it will be rigid tubes.

Thanks

It is hard up against the 4 x CDRW or whatever other piece of antiquated tech that is in the bay above.

Either pack it out from where you have mounted it, get a usb dvd drive, or go all tower of pisa and shit.

Hi there no it's not hard against the Blu-Ray bay there is an inch or so gap. The bottom where it is mounted is the surround bit which holds the hard drive cradle/bays.
Think I might have to just redo it an see if it sits flat or the screw holes I drilled are flat and no bits of mettal sticking out as there has to be something I'm not seeing or thinking of. Thats all I can think of.

Thanks
