Default AD900 Repairs

Hi there,

I managed to somehow to break the headphone plug of my AD900s in my soundcard. While I managed to extract the plug out of the soundcard, I can't reattach it to my headphone. Do I need to recable the phone or something to repair it? Is there somewhere in Brisbane that will do this?

It's a pretty basic soldering job, you could probably do it yourself

I've done a few pairs of IEM's with my mediocre soldering skills, and they're a lot harder.

I never wielded a soldering iron before and I don't have one. I'm a bit reluctant to do it as I'm not good with my hands. Nor do I know what I'm meant to be doing with it.

Using a spare adapter I had, I managed to find out the right ear works but the left ear doesn't.

My chair has rolled over the cable so many times I've lost count. Still work, luckily!
