I have a financial interest in pCARS and i think its garbage

It has promise (like rFactor2) but needs a substantial amount of work to get it to a level i would be happy with.

Has anyone tried the new tyre model? Seems physics/tyre model are priority at the moment. I would expect the way this game plays will change slightly with each weekly build. You put -seta -dx11 into your launchers shortcut

The game is still in very early stages.. of course it won't feel as good as a completed product with years more development behind it. The cars team themselves have said it is far from polished.

Try and be realists. Considering the dislike of the game you guys post an awful lot in here.

I'm in for the long haul and look forward to the finished product and will enjoy the various builds as they come out. I am also happy to play other simulators in the mean time.

End of the day if you want the most realistic feeling.. go get yourself a track car and do real events.

I have, even at its infancy its feeling great and shows a lot of potential and there is still a full year of development to go.

I suppose this begs the question though - will it ever catch up? What sets it apart from rFactor2, Assetto Corsa, iRacing, Ferrari Virtual Academy etc.

I haven't played this game, but I think I know what you guys are talking about when saying the cars pivot in the centre. It's crappy and was a indication of a poorly made race game back in the Playstation 1 era... if it's still happening now, it's very sad..
