Want to enjoy a bevvy with Bob? Well, as of this week you'll be able to at least, with a beer bearing Hawkie's likeness, that is.
I have to say his image looks so amazing and fits so well on that label.

Love the creaminess of a milk stout and the added bonus of coffee as well

Shame the place we are staying at only has tumblers.

I've had the ABT12, and it was an experience. Took a sip and went "meh", then 3 seconds later my mouth was overwhelmed with caramel and toffee.

Chimay Blue is still my favourite, however!

I saw a few bottles of that in a bottle shop in north sydney.
Was considering it, but holy shit is it expensive.

Besides, the St Bernardus abt 12 is the same recipe but made by another Trappist brewery.

Im currently enjoying some Founders KBS, Backwoods Bastard and Breakfast Stout.

Love me some heavy stouts now a days.

It's arrived. Hard to see but the best before stamp isn't till Feb 2020, which means I might have to cellar it for a year or so before drinking

See if you can get a bottle of the St Bernadus Abt 12 to taste side by side.

Will definitely be tough, but I want to make sure it's had enough time.

Fortunately I can get hold of this easily, at around $12 a bottle.
