I don't really have 2D PB's, I never put much time to it on my 980x cause it wasn't worth shit all points. Not when your only running cascade. Plus 2D is kinda boring.

Agreed, I felt the same as fatguy but once I started getting in to it that changed, it is about effiency and if you then apply that to your 3D......

3 bloody options, I'll never get off s775

Who can sway me?

Exactly, then use these very refined tuning skills with LN2 - difference between good and great subs

I always thought this too, probably because I didnt have any hardware that performed decently, only now am I starting to work on this more. Same goes for maxxmem to a lesser extent, after this comp I think I will be using it more in my own testing.

I agree with this, SuperPi I'm watching numbers pop up and I'm trying to figure out if this will be the run. In 3D01 I'm watching the FPS counter to see if it's higher at certain points in each test (or listening if the coil whine is higher pitched in the low detail tests )

Good to see this back on track started to worry when I saw "Closed".

I've got a buttload of hardware on the way with more to buy soon. So far my Xmas Benching List is costing me a shitload. Here it is:

Bought and on the way:
i7-975EE
EVGA Classified E760
ASUS GTX285 MATRIX

Buying Thursday:
HIS Turbo Overclocked HD4890
(Hopefully) XFX GTX285 Dual-PCB

Still chasing:
Good benching RAM, or even untested Elpida/Hyper chips
More 1156 CPU's
Maybe some 775 benching gear

Huge thanks to the WTB Forums here. So much response from my thread!
Merry Xmas!

I don't have the board you are after, but wouldn't mind the blackops if eventually sell it outright.

Also have an i5-750 and P7H55D-M EVO for trade/sale if anyone's interested in getting them for points. Pretty much over the i5. Can give all details of its benching as well, but it's best is on my HWBot
