2600k with ht disabled as for some reason it scores 30 points better

as you can see my bclk tweak didnt help but i did need to slacken ram timings a bit trfc 86-96 and latency boundary 5-6

samsung ram but unfortunately no mater how much v i feed it wont go any faster\tighter it does these speeds at ~1.45v

at those mem frequencies, I'd see if your samsung can do 8-10-10 or even 7-10-10.
samsung loves voltage, I'd feel free to take it to 1.8 or further.

Samsung rate HYK0 at up to 1.975v although 1.35v kits with them are known to not like volts all that much because of the pcb

thanks for the advice
took a .3v bump to 1.75v allowing it get from c9 to c8 which brings the score up to 938

yes there a samsung oem 1600 11-11-11 1.35v kit 4g double sided

edit:
tried 1.85v then with 1.2v VCCSA 1.3v VCCIO both +.25v over stock
2133c7 or 2400c12 were still unable to post

I assume the ICs say HYK0 because if do that makes them a pretty legendary kit for what they are and I'd be interested in seeing what they do with ivy/haswell and don't worry about 2400 for sandy as I'm pretty sure around 2133 is where you want to be

Awesome runs there bullant.

Did some 2 stick today, but giving up on that. Will do a fresh install to W10 soon and see if I get an improvement, but down 180 points on Quad sticks.

I haven't ran sammy before on ddr4 so dont know the sub timings,you tried tightening it all up,twcl,tfaw,twr and few other i can see there,or maybe bad run,try some timing see if help or not

Yeah. 2 sticks don't agree with this install. Put the other 2 in, changed to c16 and instant 1495.

Doing W10 upgrade now, so hopefully a fresh install will fix it up.
