Apparently, there are two (Seoul and Busan). I am pretty sure there isn't any for the city where I live.

Had this discussion on a Korean Po Go forum. As far as we know, no wild slowking, bellossom, etc.

I caught my third wild dragonite this morning as well. 50cp w/dragon tail/outrage. Used only 1 razz berry and 1 ultra ball, unlike the other two dragonites to which I threw at least one dozen ultra balls and just as many razz berries.
Addendum: IV calculator is stating 89-96% for the dragonite!
Powered up several times to get an accurate IV. It's 15/14/14! Wtf!

When cp and hp are really low, it's very hard to calculate accurately, and you aren't supposed to use ones that can automatically and accurately determine IVs because those apps access the server or Po Go app (root/jailbreak necessary).

I use this. Very reliable. You might have to power up to accurately determine IVs using the advanced options. However, I have one snorax whose IV cannot be accurately determined even after 20 odd powerups; it's always between 84 to 89 no matter which IV calculator I use.

I have an iPhone and so use Poke Genie. it works using a screenshot and the evaluation so no chance of a ban.

I use this one; https://pokeassistant.com/main/ivcalculator but if you combine it with the in-game appraisal system, it should be easy enough to narrow it down, unless it's really low level and/or low CP.

I personally use the in game appraisal first, if it's about 80% then I use the that calculator, otherwise, if it's not a rare, then straight into the trash it goes.

Have a look around, there's a bunch of non-city specific map trackers online and in app form, but they're not as reliable nor as easy to use I guess. I used to be all over Pokehuntr.com, but that's a shell of what it used to be and Pokesear.ch is ever so annoying to use most of the times and has fairly weak search radius.

But I'm lucky enough to basically have a state wide cover via several city map trackers though

Yeah I'd safely assume so. I've seen several Dragonites, Blisseys and even a couple of Tyranitars, Ampharos and Togetics pop-up on those trackers since the generation two update but none of the item evos so far.

Man, I'm not having such a hot luck even with finding a higher IV Dratini. Wouldn't think I'd bump into a Dragonite like that. Highest IV I have is an 81% Dratini, but it's only level 15, so not exactly worth evolving imho.

that pokeassistant is what i use, went through everything i had and made fav all the ones 90% or over. maybe a couple are 85 or so.

think my dragonair is about 93% or so, the magikarp shows anywhere between 90down to 60%, think i should just power up before evolving to see what the calculator says?

You should be able to use the appraisal system to at least narrow it down. Use this as a reference point.

If you can afford to level it up, go for it.

But give us a screen shot and some of the details about the appraisal and we can have a go.

Yes! Snorlax is spawning for me again. Just caught a nice 13/13/7, low CP but again Pinap berried easy candies . First one I've seen and caught for about a month now. Looking forward to hunting them down again and stocking up on candies.

Yeah I want to be buddying one too, but I prefer and I'm prioritizing Larvitar candies right now, just in case I manage to find another decently IV'd one to evolve/level up.

Haha yeah I was wondering what was with that, but then I remembered that Lapras event in Japan, so I think they delayed it to make them more worthwhile to catch. I've only have two Laprases, one hatched way back in July last year and one caught a couple weeks back. Wasn't so excited that time around.

7th day steak for PokeStops yielded a sun stone so now I have a Sunflora.

Waiting on: Amphrose, Unown, Bellossum, Porygon 2, Seadra and Miltank

Got an extra Dragon Scale and Upgrade yesterday (normal Pokιstop spins) so I decided to just f it and evolve and get a Kingdra, Porygon2 and as well as a Scizor and a Steelix (had 8 Metal Coats stocked up) they were all 90% IVs or so and yes, all rolled horrible movesets

Only item evo missing is Bellosom, but there's an Oddish cluster spawn in the city so I might just pick one up and just get it over and done with too.

Still missing Unown, Cleffa and Elekid as well as the regional exclusives along with the Bellosom.
