i remember reading something about that in 06/07, Xylitol is huge in lollies in Finland.

i am quite thankful that in australia all ingredients need to be clearly listed on products, that law is not in place in some other countries so i feel really sorry for them.

I hink i heard a dog can survive xylitol poisoning but it will need dialysis for the rest of its life... check with your vet

Also, for anyone that spits gum out on the street, start thinking that each time you do it you are killing a dog

Thanks OP, good to pass that on. We use peanut butter in our dog's Kong but it's not diet. Could have easily bought the diet one though!

Xylitol is great for your teeth though. Swings and roundabaouts.
