Mount a fan to the inside of the hdd cage where the hdds would go, you can use the existing screw mounts and some long screws.

Still creates an issue drawing the air from the outside.

there's mounting holes and the case actually comes with some rubber lug/peg things - if the OP still has that stuff....

and you mount the fan on the outside of the hdd cage.

Just get some foam and block the sides around the fan, that'll force all air to be drawn through the front.

I dont have anything from the case box, it's secondhand but I do have cable ties and can get long screws.

I think I am going to mount a fan near the front of the case with cable ties and screw one to the HDD cage
