Default Asrock BIOS UI Problem!! help!

HI,
So I bought a few asrock B250M-PRO4's
This is what has happened.

BIOS works fine, First setup I enter a bios PASSWORD (supervisor).

Now, with every PC, after i've set a password, the UI Is all screwed up. The screen appears black (after entering correct password) and if i move the mouse cursor around it shows some graphics but no options. ! I cannot get into the bios anymore.
I've tried updating to the current BIOS through DOS but still the same problem persists.

I'm trying to avoid moving the battery, as these computers have a GFXcard which is in the way (trying to avoid pulling out GFX on each computer...)

Anyone had this problem before? or know how to solve it?
It appears I'm not allowed to set a supervisor password anymore... to enter the bios but that really is required.

I've never set up a password with bios. Can you undo it? eg reflash bios.

Unfortunately I have to reset it by taking out the battery.
Massive hassle because i have to take out the graphics card.
I can't setup a bios password if i ever want to get back into the bios. Which sucks.
I might have to email asrock to tell them to fix the issue.
