I'm a true queenslander. I can't handle sub-23 degree temperatures.

I'd be awfully tempted by loaches if my MTS come back, but I don't really want them. Got a really good community currently happening, don't want to upset the balance.

If you get that "massive" tank then they'll go just fine. Just don't get any fish of a similar colouring that can't hold their own in a fight.
Well I have recently bought myself a brand new tank and stand. It's an AquaOne 980T (T for tower) and it's MASSIVE (215 or 210 Litres I think)! I have it all setup and part-way through cycling and it sits right next to my AquaOne AR-620 tank (90 litres) which currently houses my 10 male guppies and a recent addition of 5 clown loaches, which seem to be doing fine with the guppies in there.

I'll start a new thread when I eventually get around to taking some photos.

Copy/Pasted from another forum in the rare chance someone here may be interested. Pickup only so SE QLD only.

Hey guys,

Possibly interested in selling off my larger female Green Severum. She's constantly beating up my smaller Male and I believe the only way she's going to stop doing this is if he pairs up with her, which I don't want because that would only cause other fish to get targeted, which shes already started doing.

She's approximately 14cm Total Length, one of the healthiest Severum I've ever seen, and as I'm sure you gathered from above, has a bit of an attitude. Hard fish to get a photo of, but when she's in a good mood she's a stunning dark olive borderline black colour. Fed on NLS/Hikari/Tetra ColorBits with Peas/Cucumber/Beefheart/Blackworms/Earthworms as treats. I'm quite vigorous with my vegetable feeding however as I know how much they're herbivores at heart.

Image taken July 25, 2008.

Not sure on the date of this one, but it's probably my favourite shot of her because the body colour is so accurate.

I'm only chasing $25 for her provided she's going to a good home. Regretful sale.

Pickup available from Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, inspections are welcome. Bring your own bucket.

Pruning has been done.

I have a 10L bucket of thin val for the first person to pick it up. In Southern Adelaide. There's less there than I initially thought, but it was still enough to tank out in my 4footer.

Pm me

Hi,

I have a few baby Brasiliensis Cichlids that I want to sell. They are about 2.5cm in length, and with the amount I have, I just cant fit them in my 3foot tank anymore.

These are very tame fish. They currently live along side with 2 black ghost knifes, 4 Bristlenoses, and never once have the parents ever attacked the other fish.

Im unsure of what price tp sell them for so I'll start off at $4each. If you are
interested, please let me know.

PS. Im located in Brisbane (North).

Here is a picture of what one looks like (they look simular to Blue Rams):

I can tank them off your hands

I'm just about to swap all my American cichlids in my 24"x12"x16" over to a 48"x18"x20"

Which suburb are you in? I'm in Kedron.

Is there anyone in SA with fishies or plants they wanna swap/sell? So far I've obtained some plants from nyah8 (very much appreciated, thankyou) and I'd like to see if there are any other SA people out there and what they have.

Cheers,
Sam
