it's probably the least casual mmo i can think of really.

its no simpler than any other mmo either, especially in said endgame, unless you count all the carebearing addons (qh, lightheaded, the integrated levelling guides)
WoW is extremely casual, play lineage or lineage2 if u want a grind.

haha

i've shown the math

it took me FOURTEEN DAYS (or 12, something) 1-80, pretty hard
now raiding at 80, i've had a total of around 40 days /played

i've played lineage 2
it doens't really take any longer to level (assuming you never die)

it's just a LOT more boring, killing thousands of creatures
then dieing and losing 10 hours of work.

i've also played maplegrind (story) til about level 50. didn't take that long if you went hardcore at it.

Hahahaha, imagine this. You never get to end game. You never even dream about getting the end game items, you need teamwork and organisation just to level up. You drop in levels for being in a bad group. There is no gauruntee that increased timeplayed = progress.

Question for those in beta I noticed you could sign up but naturally Aus isnt a region there for beta testers. Like with Blizzard we just fall under North America I assume?

when making my account australia is only under the EU site, so hopefully we can choose which servers we want or client specific rather than account location specific.

Nice, congrats!

I was looking through the forums and found a thread that stated:

1. There will be no jumping!!
2. PvP is nothing more than an afterthought, it will be a mostly PvE game..

Now, jumping... meh.. but PvP as an afterthought is kind of a bummer..
