Welcome to Battletech.

Twitch addicts can go play a FPS. Mechwarrior is NOT an FPS, it's a combat vehicle simulation.

Yep, I'm all for making things more like the books, fire off a ppc and you start to cook in your cockpit, not like the later mechwarrior games where I could frie off four of the suckers and still cool down enough to fire all four again two seconds later.

/force AA, fixed

I'd rather no AA support if it means running on an engine that is solid, runs well and looks fantastic.

True. I doubt I'll be looking at jaggies when I have giant mechs shooting the shit out of each other.

They say their aiming to have this based on the beginning of the 4th Succession War (3025-3030), so your out of luck there. The clans returned in 3050.

Pitty, as id love to have the Timber Wolf in it

No clan mechs would be a real downer.

I love the fact that the Warhammer stars in the video

My miniatures have been stored away... now I better figure out to display them again. First clan 'Mech miniature I bought was... the Warhammer IIc

I did like how the PPCs were done in Mech3, as opposed to slow-moving balls of blue in MW2. "Ghost Bears Legacy" was good fun (MW2 expansion), especially playing online fitted with Streak-SRM2 with Inferno ammunition. Cooked opponents in a few seconds flat. Other favourte tactic was in MW3... getting the 90 tonne SuperNova, packing it with 6 ER large lasers and keeping myself in shallow water with double-heatsinks in the legs doing long-range support with a constant barrage of fire. The LB-10-X AC (shotgun autocannons) were devastating in original MW3 format (knocked you around, blasted you to smithereens) before they patched it. Before that, a 100-tonne annihilator was unstoppable 1v1

Or when the "missile boats" configurations were banned under a gentleman's agreement on servers...

O. M. G. BRING IT!!!!
