I think in the bombers you could change to the turrets to shoot people behind/above you etc.

Played both of these games to death! I worked out you could "cheat" in the campaigns and score extra damage against other targets which contributed to the success of the missions and the war. Just fly escort fighter and if you had any rounds left on the way back, land your plane close to a factory, roll up to a building, stop, they lay your rounds into it until it was destroyed!

Cheers Guys, I might look up GoG tomorrow night to see if they have any.

I think it was their finest hour, the splash screen looked slightly familiar. I don't know if it was a B-17 in particular (didn't play it many times), but that style of bomber, with the multiple turret positions, either way I will try to get both

I found the the super bikes game, it was Cycles

movie

Turn Based

You and your opponent started out with a Large number of Blobs, each with a certain size, spread out on different platforms in a 2d space.

If you Jumped a Bigger Number onto a Smaller number, the big number Absorbed the Smaller number (so a 6 jumping onto a 3 would become a 9)

You won when you were the only blob left.
Finally tracked it down.

The game I was thinking off was Funball

from 1995.

Bit late, but could it have been 688 Attack Sub?

I remember playing that when I was quite young and being terrible at it, plus its the only other sub related game I could thing of.

Hey guys,
Trying to find this game on the SNES.

Don't have the best description: side scrolling game, able to play with 2 players, fighting bad guys which spawn from both sides, something like metal slug but I think it was more medieval. Can't remember if your character was restricted to linear movements (as is in metal slug), however, once you proceeded, you couldn't go back. There were food items that you could eat to replenish your health i.e drum stick. I can remember once in a while, you could push a button that would allow all the enemies to be killed or immobilised. Bosses at end of each stage.

The beat 'em ups (final fight varients) that fit the bill would be Warriors of fate, Dynasty wars, Knights of the Round.
Tenchi wo Kurau is original Japanese series of games, which differ from snes to arcade.

check this page out http://hardcoregaming101.net/finalfi...ightclones.htm

Either what breech said (the three medieval Capcom beat 'em ups), or Magic Sword:

Default C64 Game Help

Morning guys,

Need help on a game, you flew a space ship, was in an isometric 3d sort of viewpoint, and you flew through space and "buildings". I seem to remember it was a red and white spaceship, and one of the obstacles was a energy field you had to blow up? I also think it started with an X or Z, i remember it being down the bottom of a list. Not much to go on I know, but would appreciate any help. I know it was for the C64.

Thanks again, Mario.

Zaxxon (Edit: after watching the movie I think this is it). Edit 2: Far out, how does the brain recall this stuff like it's from short-term memory!

trying to recall a game from the days of shareware disks.

from memory it was a side scrolling air plane game.
you could choose from a fairly decent range of real planes.

might have been on the amiga aswell.

not much to go on but i can't find anything!
