It might "look" like a piece of garbage, but at least it doesnt suffer from the same issues such as XBOX 360 & PS2/3's

No RROD or YLOD here!

I fired up my used one earlier today, with the SX32 which has 8MB RAM and a 1.5GB 2.5" IDE drive, and it ran really well. SysInfo shows it running 2.5x faster than a stock A1200

I've got a Commodore 64 at home, completely packaged with little protective stickers on it still. Was unboxed many years ago, played, then placed back in its box and kept for posterity. I'm either going to leave it in my will for my grandchildren, or donate it to a museum :-P

I also have a boxed Donkey Kong Game & Watch which I scored off eBay, thinking it was a bargain, til I realised the serial numbers on the unit and the box don't match, its been boxed with a box from elsewhere :-(

I love retro hardware, always scouring eBay/Cashies for old Game & Watch.

Well, it was removed from the box to be tested before shipping, as I explained in the first post. The controller does not have a sleeve, it comes in a bubblewrap pocket, which is in the photo with my finger and shoes!

I think the power connector is different isn't it? I'll have to eyeball the C64 I have tucked away...

I would love to see some CD32 versions of popular games, such as Wing
Commander or Monkey Island.

If you have a DVR or TV capture card, you could upload some videos!

Nice pickup. I bought an Amiga CD32 a few days after launch but unfortunately it ( and my CD games ) were stolen when my house was broken into back in Melbourne in the late 90s.

Pinball Fantasies or was it Pinball illusions was the most played title I had which got an absolute thumping on the CD32
