Yeah I only put in shitmon in gyms that no one would want to waste a berry on and/or one that's easy to take down. Though I guess I'm fortunate enough that there's a decent gym turnaround in my local area. Only my Relaxos and Dragonites stay unnecessarily too long.

Bleurgh... Took on a Magikarp raid for the giggs, but it had crappy IVs. Also didn't even get a single rare candy. What a waste

Plenty of interesting stuff in the new apk. Looks like we are on the threshold of legendaries

https://www.reddit.com/r/TheSilphRoa...0_is_complete/

I'm not sure I like people being able to remotely feed berries to their pokemon however at the least you will never need to trash berries every again.

Anyone noticed a lot more dropouts over the last few days? Dunno if it's a Niantic thing or the fact I use Virgin as my mobile carrier. Damned annoying though

Optus here and haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. Have been kicked out of a couple of raids though, but I think that was because of GPS drifting.

Looking forward to the new updates because apparently it increases the range to 100m for gym/raid battles, so drifting will become less of an issue.

That will be handy. Some locations can be a bit tight.

Loving this latest update, perhaps except for this curious bug...

I'm Team Instinct so it's odd seeing Candela pop up during appraisals instead of Spark.

Anyone else suffering a similar bug?

Everyone is, it's intended.

Spark is off training with Prof Oak apparently.

Shame about not being able to leave them in gyms, but nevertheless, I'm hyped!

If you guys had to choose which one you'd go for first (assuming Legendary Raid Passes are going to be rare and/expensive as fuck) which one will take your fancy? I'll be going for Mewtwo first, then Ho-oh and Zapdos third. Mewtwo and Ho-oh being obvious reasons for their attacking power but Zapdos is one of my most favourite Pokιmon of all time.

zapdos would fit right in for me too.
another tendency for zapdos is theres just not many strong electric pokemon out there... after raikou then zapdos its the underpowered jolteon at #3
whereas the other legendaries arent that much stronger than the runner ups of the same type

Yup. Not many powerful enough Electric types right now and both Zapdos and Raikou would make excellent counters to those 4 other legendary birds. Maybe I'm looking to far forward into the future but I've been hoarding all those sweet Magnemite candies for Magnezone

I too have a favourite Magneton which i'll be putting into the Magnezone when the time comes, heh.

In fact I think my Magnaton is my favourite, maybe my original Machamp. Hmm.

For me? Zapdos probably. I don't like Ho-Oh or Mewtwo, never have.

Just realised that Raids might probably be down for us until 6:00 AM AEST, going by the usual time restrictions. That means if there are any Legendary or Special Raids, we'll miss out big time. I hope Niantic has accounted for this.

Default Pokemon Go For IOS/Android

Legendaries will probably just be in CBDs anyway. Ugh, effort.
