Default Dell Optiplex 790 SFF (what video card)

I've got a Dell Optiplex 790 SFF and was looking to install a dedicated graphics card, need a low profile one and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

Mainly be used as a daily machine and for simple Photoshop work and light gaming.

Integrated will be fine for non-video and 3D stuff. I doubt you'd notice much of a difference with a discrete GPU, unless you were planning to run more than two monitors.

Great thing about the 790 is the pcie slot is still far away from the PSU so you can go 750Ti or 1050Ti if you want oomph.
It's a lot of money to outlay for how limited the performance is, but it will make life significantly more bearable (after a phat SSD upgrade).
The other option if you're looking for "features" is to get the GT 1030, this will still play LoL, CSGO etc "okay".

Thanks for the info. I'll look into it.

My main concern was the PSU not having enough power to supply to the GPU if I went too high in spec. Not sure if low profile cards use less the full height? Haven't bought hardware in a while.
