I know it's the inferior version but I prefer the English dubbed Tekkaman. I'd say more for nostalgic reasons than anything else when it was played on Cheez TV.

You know you've just condemned yourself to hell for saying that?

Fate there dwarfs over Miku. I got her from cdjapan when they were running the free shipping offer otherwise her EMS cost would have been humongous.

It wasn't that bad. About $46 I think, but I had another item shipped with her too. For how massive the box is I think that's fine. Auspost charges more. Cost me $52 to send a box a third of the size/half the weight to FI a few months ago.

Finally got a light tent so I can try to get some better pics of my figures.

Preliminary test resulted in this:

which is a big improvement over http://asako.quietlyspoken.net/shashin/hauu.jpg if I do say so myself. Going to try to find a workspace to set up the tent more perminantly so I can more readily take pics. Setting it up on my kitchen counter is suboptimal as is. >.>

I really want this - http://www.amiami.jp/shop/?set=engli...e_display.html

Problem is the items fragility

Coldcast figures are very prone to arriving in parts. Don't want to spend $200 (shipping included) on a figure that is likely to come in an imperfect state

It's not that bad. This one does not have any visible tiny specs that might break. I've got multiple coldcast and they've always arrived safely in one piece.

And this is a very nice Motoko too. I thought about getting one too.

Does anyone have some links to some high quality decently sized NGE EVA mech models?

EVA01/02/03 and 05... also some of the angels?

AFAIK, there has only ever been one EVA kit that's better than the common HighGrade kits and that's the 01 Perfect Grade. It's also the very first PG kit ever made.

http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN58680

It's the most advance kit available for EVA. And for a PG kit, it's also very cheap. Other than that, if you want kit, there are only High Grade kits.
http://www.hlj.com/scripts/hljlist?M...Dis=2&inStock=

If you want completed kits, there're not really that many decent ones around unfortunately.
