Fingers crossed, the first 2 GTA games were PC only, Rockstar should not forget it was PC gamers that got them going. GTA on the consoles was always vastly inferior to the pc, bad controls, low res graphics and auto aim lameness

Agreed, pisses me off that the consoles managed to get exclusive only on GTA, shows what bucket loads of money can do...

And I hated the auto aim on GTA console games.

Having to swap to a gamepad/mouse everytime you get in/out of a car sucks also.

Mouse driving (like BF choppers), could work well. Or Hold down right click, like MMO's, etc.
At least you could also shoot out of cars, unlike dodgey control pad way at the moment...

Driving with a keyboard is as easy as eating pie.

My guess is we may see the PC version sooner than we think, I am sure Rockstar have been working on x86 PC version due to the new consoles from sony and microsoft will be using x86 hardware.

Releasing it on PC and then fixing all the bugs and getting feedback will surely improve the version when released on the XBox one and PS4.

Instead of a DX9 PC port i think we will see a different RAGE engine with native DX11 support which the new consoles would support, Rockstar would be nuts to not release it on PC!!!

THIS is what I'm counting on. There will absolutely be a PC release, probably in less than 6 months time, I held off buying this for 360 because I know it'll be released on XBone with the PC (and PS4) version, and it'll have a bunch of improvements and bug fixes built in.

Interviews recently would say otherwise (GTA V heading to next-gen consoles)

Of course, they want as many people as possible to buy the game now, on current-gen consoles.

It's easy...just not as fun.

I love how they build up things in this game - for instance,

Spoiler below, highlight to read:
Trevor doing all that crazy stuff and THEN he comes back into Michael's life... it sets up the tension in that scene and that he could potentially do *anything*

Typical. It's shit like this that makes people want to pirate it out of spite. PC is what made GTA big, then they sell out to **** console companies.

I plan to play it, but I'm not buying it. It's something I would have paid full whack for (and that's not something I do often, usually wait for a game to come down before buying it), but I'm sick of being fucked around and treated like a second rate customer because I game on PC.
