Default Bluetooth headset that does stereo + mic at same time

Gents,

Recently got a few new toys and wanted to get a decent bluetooth headset to go with them.

However after much reading it looks like most Bluetooth headsets don't do qauilty stereo whilst using the mic. They drop to crap quality mono when using a mic.

Anyone found a way around this? I read a couple of people say aptx Bluetooth solves this but that seems to not be the case.

Seems crazy to me that this isn't more of widespread issue!

Might be easier to describe what you're trying to do more broadly. Are you wanting to hear stereo music while in a call?

Sorry probably wasn't the clearest way to describe it.

Want to use a Bluetooth headset as a gaming headset.

So that you get continual stereo sound whilst also being able to chat via Skype etc

As it stands if you use the mic on something like the Bose qc35 headphones it drops to mono crap quality whilst the mic is being used.

I could get a dedicated wireless headset but I have a projector with Bluetooth now so I want to be able to use the headphone with that aswell.
