That looks like a nice set you've got there snappy. My set I've been playing with on X58.
~ stock Volts - 2100 @ 7-9-7 32M stable. Also posted up awhile back with them on a 2600K doing 2080 6-9-6 8M stable @ 1.75V.

I don't even understand the power hierarchy that does or doesn't exist in this team, I'm going to assume it doesn't exist as I haven't seen any instances of it. All the OCAU comps that we've had thanks to the somebody from the team running it and to Team.AU and vendors for making it happen have gone great IMO.

What's there even to manage? People individually bench, that just happens to benefit the team in the process.

pretty much this, right?
and a "senior member" volunteer helps out with the comps on behalf of a hardware vendor, usually.
senior members are generally those who've been around a while, in the top10, or both.

any team decisions (on the rare occasion they are needed) are usually voted on amongst the senior members.

If we do get a new team leader (im happy with the current people tbh) I want said person to be a long serving member of the team or a person who really put effort into the "team" point of this team.

im happy with aussie been the head of the team but we really need to get more into the team spirit instead of been a lose collective of people just benching.

look at some of the other teams like madshrips or even team .AU for example? the have a friendly team/community nature where everyone just chills and congratulates and shares tips and hardware etc. I dont really see any of that happening here and would love if it did. Yes i do understand that people are all over Australia and couldn't meet up but say people who are in the local area (say brisbane/gold coast for example) meet up and do some real benching in person compared to posting scores online (here,hwbot etc) and having a anonymous feel about the team?

sorry for the rant but its just my feelings about the current state of the team. make of it what you will.

broadcasted a team meet many weeks ago with the option for any team member to raise their hand. the next planned meet will be held in fnq on the 10th of September and is still open to those who want to travel.
