I did a 365 in 2010, and then took basically no photos in 2011, so ive (pretty well) decided to do a 52 this year. Focussing on landscapes. I dont even have a website or anything yet so I can still pull out haha

I've decided to do a 365 (366?) - http://www.flickr.com/photos/6925498...608017/detail/

No focus really, just a way to force myself to shoot more, so perhaps call it 'Commitment'.

I want to do a Project 52, but I would like to find a list of subjects to try and inspire me... Anyone know of any lists for this year?

Yes, it is indeed a leap year - thanks for pointing that out Updated OP accordingly

Haven't seen any new lists yet, but I suppose you could use this list from last year?

I'll be doing a 366.

Theme is Life.

P.S If anyone knows how I can fix the stretching issue on the home page of the blog, I'd love to know.

I think I'll get on board with this one. I'm going to aim for 52 with the theme "Why is it so?"

Why is it so?

heh, I just saw this. I'll do my best

As a side note, speaking for myself as a hobbyist, shooting a photo a week was a much bigger commitment than I anticipated at the beginning. I was also the only one I know of out of all the starters in 2011 to complete their set.

The only advice I can offer is don't overcommit - if it seems like what you are committing to now is a big ask, then downgrade it - do a 52 or a 12.
The other thing that helped me was to choose a theme I was completely unfamiliar with - giving myself a challenge kept it interesting (for me)

I'll be doing another this year, I'll get the details shortly

Hey Guys,

I will be doing a 52 this year and the theme will be patterns/shapes. I will put the link in when I put the first one up on Flickr.

Also, BTW, I used to be DRILL SGT - I am kind of embarrassed by the old handle!

I finished a 365 in 2010. If theres any advice I can give is dont stress about it too much. Not every photo has to be awesome, you can put some dull ones in, its about taking the photo.

But yeah I agree about downgrading, theres no way I could do another 365, so ive gone for a 52. Just to keep the shutter clicking over.

My bad, I meant 2011 (still thinking "last year" == 2010) - Iirc ToanIsAnIdiot eventually finished his 365 from 2010 too

365 might be a tad ambitious so I'm going to switch to a 52 instead

I am doing a 366 here

Project title.. I have no clue. "Me, My Self and I" maybe.. since I think I'll try and be the subject for most of it.
