Tonights roast pork loin came out of the kamado with an internal temp of 71c

and it was DELICIOUS

I have received mine today. The postie was a little rough but it seems to work perfectly.

P.S I saw everyone say... It's bigger than they thought it would be.. So I was prepared for something big but holy moly.. It was still twice the size I thought it would be even after reading how everyone was not expecting it to be so big.

From my records, the people who have not acknowledged delivery:

VIC:
- Melbourne: 2
- Regional: all delivered

NSW:
- Sydney: all delivered
- Regional: 2

WA:
- Perth: 2
- Regional: 2

NT:
- Darwin: 1

QLD:
- Brisbane: all delivered
- Regional: 2

TAS:
- 2

Looks as if the only people still awaiting delivery are in WA or regional areas, except the two in Melbourne. One is a pickup, and maybe the other just hasn't seen this thread ... all the other Melbourne guys got overnight delivery.

BTW just saw this in the news - Mass evacuation underway in Wagga Wagga. That would probably affect delivery for the poor OCAU'er in Wagga
