Just an FYI

http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/61857

Crucial 128GB M4 2.5" SSD USD $186.69 (AUD $180.65) Delivered Amazon (256GB $340 USD)

Cheaper than anything on static ice.

I'm about to grab a 256GB M4, and I thought I'd share this link for others, http://camelcamelcamel.com/Crucial-2...uct/B004W2JL2A CCC is a great site that tracks amazon prices and alerts you when an item reaches a certain price.

As you can see, the 256gb is at it's all time cheapest price.

I can't decide between a second 120gb, since I just really need to to control my ever growing dropbox/steam collection. (Dropbox grows, and means less steam games installed) or just getting a new 240/256gb. Such a tough firstworldproblem I have.

I will look into whether the 256GB version is faster than my existing 128GB drive.

Let us know what you come up with, I'm still deciding whether it's worth changing or not....

They've dropped twice more to $155 a few days ago, then they repeated the discount again, now to $160.

If you have a 6gb/s connection .. ie sata 3, then it may be worthwhile. If you are stuck on SATA 2, then no.

Nope. Just run the firmware update when you get it, and should be good to go

Run it in AHCI mode btw
