+1, my sensei has paint coming off at the bottom edge below the symbol from nothing but my palm resting on it, pretty bullsh!t tbh.

Oops, someone spoke to soon.

BF3 doesn't like the Sniper re map for anything.

I can remap to [SPACE] ie jump or anything for that matter and it will not work in BF3.

Yet in Windows Sniper button works mapped to [SPACE] or any other key I choose.

But other than that it is awesome in every way. I have to agree that this mouse is like a mid claw/palm layout. Both user types find the side buttons a little off. I find it very similar to the MX518 or G700 in layout.

Getting used to the sniper button placement is proving pretty easy. The button is fairly heavily weighted but seems to be hinged from the front or top so i can just clip the edge of it pretty easily without having to change my grip too much.

I just assumed that the sniper button was switching an input on the internal micro to force a DPI reduction. Weird that it works in Windows but not in BF3. Have you tried any other games?

I liked it at 1st but it ended up being the worst mouse ive ever used because its imcompatible on many 1155 motherboards and caused lockups.

I am going to order one of these because I need to replace my piece of crap Razer Mamba (owned 5 Razer devices, never again)

Corsair branch out slightly every few months and keep quality.
Razer products breed like rabbits and they don't seem to quality check anything!

Anyway, I have a Steelseries mouse pad and it's not bad but it's starting to come apart. Any suggestions for a new mouse pad to go with the M60?

i have real suggestion other then keep what your using unless its not that nice with the M60. ATM im using the M60 on the Razor mouse pad, its the massive one that covers my whole desk, the M60 software rates it in the middle when i use its surface testing software. Its the grip style pad i might swap to a control one for the hell of it one day.

In regards to surface, my actual wood grain vinyl desktop is working better than anything.

I have tried a cheap NRL Bulldogs pad it registers mid range and you can see noticable drop outs moving from one side to the other.

I bought a $20 Steelseries mat from JB today and it was about the same possibly slightly worse than the NRL chepo.

this mouse doesn't work on the Asus P8Z68 Pro in UFI like the sensei did.

I only works from side to side. Doesn't really bother me because i can still use the Filco but was a little annoyed. Unlike the Sensei though this does not cause the boot issue where you have to unplug the mouse during each startup or reset.

The Sensei also didn't work on any of my many P67/Z68 mobos.

Still loving this M60 though i like getting home and using it. It looks so sleek and badass at the same time and its a pleasure to use in everything.

the software that rates the surface your using is a bit of a gimmick, from worst to best surfaces i tried were; razer mousepad -> wooden desk -> spirax notebook cover

I'm trying to decide between this and the M90 for Diablo 3. Any input/suggestions?

So the fingers don't really grip well on the other side? For me, mice need to be able to be lifted without gripping tight. Which was why the Copperhead was still the most comfortable mouse of all time - the side rails let you lift it without needing the squeeze the sides.
