i think there is a very high chance that it will look like this.

http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i930...tures-4238.php

really just need to know

1. 1280x720 SUPERAMOLEDPLUS???
2. quad-core exynos? just how amazing is it going to be? based on A15 architecture?
3. 2000mAh minimum battery - hopefully bigger?
4. WHEN IS IT GOING TO BE RELEASED AND CAN I PAY YOU NOW

Queue the picture of 'Fry - Shut up and take my money'
I'm hoping I can hold out for it before my 3GS dies completely.

As long as it's quad core + 720p I'll be buying it.

but, the other reasons you mentioned, plus widgets are why I love/hate Androids. Also the screens aren't made of glass and don't break when you drop them.

Also, SAMSUNG, just quietly... hurry the fuck up please, kthnx

EDIT: http://www.waleg.com/techgadgets/archives/025739.html

New comments about it being with carriers for two months of testing Hopefully they are a month into testing already I say...

Apparently Samsung sent the carriers the square body design so it would be unclear as to what the final product looks like, hopefully the white one that we saw awhile back with a physical button and ceramic edge

i think the SGS3 will end up causing a real shift in the smartphone market-share wars. i cant wait to see apple really start to crumble in their walled garden.

Really hoping that Samsung will ditch their cheap plastic and go for something like the polycarbonate shells found on the one X and Lumina/N9.

I've got a Nexus already so the chances I'll jump ship for such an incremental improvment are slim to say the least. Still, it will be interesting to see where things go from here seeing as dual core is only just becoming standard on smartphones (looking at you single cored first gen Windows phones and Sony Androids).

i hope so too, but then again ive never had a problem with my SGS or SGS2 in this regard. they go straight into a TPU gel case anyway.

the one X is truely a pleasure to hold and use, so as long as the SGS3 delivers better performance than the tegra3 + better battery life, its got a winner regardless of whether it uses a wafer-thin rear cover

but im a pretty shameless samsung fanboy these days.

Unfortunately, this...

I went into my local Telstra Store last night to speak to a friend who's a tech there. He told me they have been pushed back another month, with them only just getting the units for testing he expects 3 months until release date... So no SGS3 anytime soon.

He did say that all phone telstra release at that end of the scale will now be LTE/4g enabled, at the time we were talking about the Note.

So very tempted to get a 4G Note as an interim potentially...

But back to the rumours for SGS3!
