Can you space them apart a bit (i.e. put them in the furtherest PCI-e slots from eachother) You may be able to will some tube between them over an extender

It's possible but then the cards won't run in 16x mode

If you can get x8 on each card it will be fine... there wont be a performance difference

May need to use a hair dryer/hot water to loosen the tubing enough if its a small gap

It's a possibility. One I prefer not to look at just yet. .. This is my board:

16x slots are#1 and 2.

I am trying to find a new gfx card and get a new block.

My thoughts exactly. Though I would compromise if there was like a U fitting to change the direction of the tube rather then the tube itself change the direction of the water.

To clarify:
Is there a fitting I can use that would bend the flow of water around like a u keeping the tube as straight as possible?

Don't think that helped much.. Lol

Could try with 4x 90 degree fittings perhaps?? Would look pretty neat and you could push it up against your cards so it doesnt stand out like a sore thumb?

Im sure if you look @ Gammods he will have them for a lot cheaper - I got some matte black fittings from him a while ago but this is basically what I was referring to..
