yeah, i want cast iron stuff too, but you need to find polished cast iron cookware

I'm trying to find the polished surfaced ones.

You can evidently see who here holds an attitude of trying to improve and hppiness, as compared to the sourpusses that frequent here.

I bought a leather wallet for like $10/$20 - Really happy with it so far, and it's wearing in nicely

I like most Aldi stuff a lot, but there sausage rolls are shit.

I love that Hausbrot rye bread $2 a 900 gram loaf and it I buy it all the time. Most people don't like it however, but I love it.

Tried their butter chicken and beef stroganoff sachets recently. Thumbs up to both!

I picked up one of the two slice, motorized "Lumina signature" toasters reduced to $39

has a double door that closes over the top when it goes down. The noveltey still hasn't worn off

as a bonus it actually does makes nice toast.. ...and has a 3 yr warranty.

Bought to replace the $8 aldi toaster I bought in 2009 that just died after multiple x daily use

Good stuff:

- Melting moments biscuits, I think $4 for 10 or so bikkies?
- Strawberries. Paid $2 for a 250g punnet and they were ace. Seasonal thing though obviously.
- Nappies. Don't eat them obviously. But they work just as good as Huggies for our bub and cost 33% less.

My local Aldi started selling alcohol it's priced pretty high though.

Example; 700ml Jim Beam $40 I also saw a 6 pack beer for $18.
