Having a listen .... Mk3:

Synth - I still think the older version had a better effect on the piece.
Vox - Out of time in a few places. I would really like to get a mix minus the vocals, so I can line it all up as I hear it.

That said - I think it's rocking...nice work.

MkIII doesn't have my new synth from last night, so hopefully that fixes it all as it is version 2 with the bridge added and time synced

Yup, that sounds about right, forgive the pun.

Mix Mk IV is up along with a vocal-less mix for Deckham. I re-did the bass for this version, but I won't bother uploading the file unless someone wants it.

Thanks mate - but...

I give up on the mixing myself. I import the track, all is cool until the bridge, when everything starts speeding up double-time.

So instead, let me just heckle

The vox timing is out - I don't know why this is happening in your mixes, because they are fine this side. In particular, notice the very start.

Synth has gone all crazy - are we still waiting for the re-done V02?

really? something specific i can look at?

i mean that version is the Version2 but with the added bridge section, it wasnt redone essentially.

However i think i can redo it using the V2 version as a base now we have better track recordings together.

I dont mind redoing it though

In the latest mix, my opinion is that it's a bit overdone. It climbs in places where it should maybe just settle back in.

Sorry guys, I was in Canberra for a week so haven't been following the thread extensively. Seems like its just a few issues to be sorted out atm then we'll be all good?

Yup, I believe so.

Tob is re-doing the synth - may be done by now.
Vox doesn't line up
Whole thing needs to be mastered

Excellent! Excellent!

In other good news, I've setup a drum kit at a friends house so actula recording can be done in the future!
