Too much internet sociopath tendancy running rampant. I would just prefer people play as a proper bandit (killing to steal, not killing to kill) or survivor because sociopaths are fortunately pretty bloody rare IRL lol.
I don't think that is the case, it's generally newer players who are out to gun people down - the longer a person plays, the more they generally want to work with other people in my opinion.

We'll see how it pans out I guess

The guy I play with is always wanting to entice surviors into the open and gun them down, and I'm always the one trying to stop him, yet who ends up with the Bandit outfit while he runs around looking all innocent!

Yeah, im keen to see what direction it takes too.

I just REALLY dont want to lose the game in killing for the sake of killing because well, there are hundreds of other games built for that.

Hey guys,

We're working on getting more and more servers up. But the amount of traffic the game is getting is incredible. In just a week we've had over 40,000 new unique users play.

I should have another Aussie server up tonight. Hopefully.

Hope you're all enjoying it

Is there an option in Steam which will prevent the computer from sleeping if there is an active download, or do you mean turn off sleep in the Windows power settings?

Oh yeah, I've done that now. It was a new Windows installation and the power settings hadn't been configured. However, with that being said — and in the interests of saving power — it would be handy for Steam to prevent the computer from going to sleep whilst there are active downloads.

Edit: OK, the download has completed. Anyone up for a game?

To be honest, I havent played an Oz server in ages. Until you cater for W.A players daylight schedule it's useless even trying. Night time play, with it's roll of the dice moon light is pointless when plenty of overseas servers have daylight. I'm sure most players like the idea of daylight so I suggest (again) for the eastern players aim for a W.A server time, or at least fake the timezones a little.

Add me in Steam (same name), me and another player been playing evenings if you're up for it. I'm on Steam right now if you're quick.

the Games.On.Net server has daylight till about 1:30am adelaide/darwin time. but it's also the most unreliable of the aussie servers
