Oh I have water cooled my computer.
"You are a nerd."
Would you rather I was drinking again?
"No."

And I didn't even drink that much previously.
Lawl. I have the NZXT Phantom 410 (mid tower) specificaly to show it off. My computer cost $1k so far and it's pretty good. Plus, I don't drink so I think I'm good there.

So yeah. I know it's weird to see the word 'Cheapest' in the WC forum but I'm 15 and I have no job (getting work experience soon so hopefully I get a job from that).

Cheapest you could get out for would be around $150 at a guess.

That would be 2nd hand pump, FC block and 120/240 rad.

New tubing and barbs from gam, TKR or PCCG.

What's an FC Block? I'll need an AM3 block and a non-reference 6970 block: Link to the EK website

The pump I know about, get a D5.

Rad will be a 120.2

Res, I'm thinking about a 5.25" bay acrylic.

Tubing, just plain acrylic or whatever's cheap

Fittings, I want some of the bitspower compression fittings but I think it's gonna' be some barbs

Coolant, again, I want some green coolant but it looks like some distilled water and LU.

This^, watercooling on the cheap will end up as water everywere. Even second hand the build for my missus the watercooling cost me around $300. Id hate to think what ive spend on mine in upgrade and changes since i built it first a while back

Check out the new kit from Greig over at gammods:

http://www.gammods.com.au/store/inde...oducts_id=6362

Even this forum's kit-hater numero uno has given this one a squeal of approval.

All you would need is a universal gpu block and some heatsinks and away you go.

Yeah probably, I remember the latest anandtech review of the GTX670 they mentioned there wasn't any air going over the heatsinks on the VRMs.

Probably not on an older card though, my HD4870 VRMs got insanely hot if I moved the fan around or forgot to plug it back in.
