Default Changi Airport, Singapore - Overnight Storage Facility?

I'll be travelling into Asia in August and i'll be staying overnight in Singapore prior to catching a connecting flight - we have around 14 hours in Singapore. Does anybody know if there's a storage facility at Changi Airport where I and 6 others can dump our luggage for the night?

I suspect we'll be partying for the entire night and it seems silly to book accomodation for 7 adults for 1 night when we won't be using the facilities other than being a glorified storage centre for our luggage.

edit:

Hmmm... as always google has come up the goods.

$5 SGD / 24 hours for anyone interested

Yup, there is. IIRC it's a few levels down, so after you get out of arrivals, it's a couple of escalators down and it'll be there (:

Speaking as someone who got stranded at Changi due to subloading, believe me, after 18 hours there really, it all becomes the same blur of shops!

There absolutely is, but of course, depending on which terminal you go for, you'll have to find it at different locations. Also you need to consider if you're landside/airside as they vary on which departure level for landside. Enjoy!

i think you would struggle to find things to do for 14 hours in singapore even if you left the airport. good luck with trying to party for that long without getting bored out of your brains (that said, with 7 people you can make any destination enjoyable).

remember not to chew any gum, blink more than 15 times a minute or take more than 2000 steps per kilometre, the authorities get narky about that kind of thing.

14 hours you can do plenty in singapore . Bars , singapore zoo , war cemetary , orchard road , clarke quay , sentosa . Enough there to cram it into 14 hours .

The chewing gum thing is a load of shit as well . I've carried round juicy fruit and chewed it all across singapore , as long as it goes in the bin and your not a cock the police look the other way

oh god, reading that list made me fall asleep at my desk.

i have no idea why anyone flies through singapore anymore. id much rather fly through KL.

good call about the war stuff though - theres this underground bunker thing that they discovered only a few years ago thats worth a visit (it is near the end of orchard road). other than that, big fat meh.

If its an overnighter, have you checked to see if you can get your bags forwarded to the final destination instead? Doesnt work in some situations (but you should be able to check in bags to another airline before you leave to gallavant around singapore). Or are you wanting to store your carryon that you wont carry around singapore?

i agree with you but for a 14 hour stopover you can cram more into singapore if you have never been there . Personally for me singapore is done to death and i totally agree with you on KL but the % of airlines that use KL compared to singapore as a hub is smaller . Also the fact you can be doing stuff in singapore with a 5minute cab ride as opposed to an hour cab ride minimum if you can avoid the traffic in KL makes singapore a better option for a quick stopover .

There is much more to do in singapore than what i listed but if you have never been then those are some good things to do . Not to mention going around june when singapore has their annual singapore sale , or eating . Really the thing to do in singapore is eat
