Default External case fan cooling

Hi guys,

Newbie question here. My computer sits in an enclosed space in my desk with a few holes for cooling. But it isn't enough, the space heats up too much. So what I wanted to do was to put two case fans, one blowing, one sucking over the holes I already have in the desk and power them from the computer.

Can this be done? An what hardware besides the fans would I need?

Thanks

Yes absolutely, and you will need a 12v power source. any old 12v transformer will do.

p.s. what does this have to do with water cooling?

yeah that would be easy
all u would need is possibly some extension fan or molex cables and a double adaptor if ur psu is short on molexs

yer, NO. sticking a few fans in a desk is modding
extreme generally refers to sub ambient or anything else thats completely pointless and a waste of money but not water
