Default RSS + Outlook + "Cloud" = ?

I've been using RSS feeds in Outlook for sometime now and it's great, however one of the downsides of it being an offline reader is that if I read articles from a feed at work I have to find where I left off again when I get home.

Does anyone know of a plug-in or work around that would allow Outlook to sync the read status of RSS feeds so if I read something at work it'll show as read at home as well?

I tried this for a while, but it ended up putting me off subscribing to RSS feeds altogether. Have you tried feedly? It's awesome and syncs your articles (well, whether they're read/not) between all the platforms it supports (many).

No I hadn't, although I'm not sure how well it would work for me. Firstly, I'm an IE user which it doesn't look like Feedly supports. Secondly, I kinda like the way Outlook does it (a Folder like an other mailbox that shows how many unread items are within), so would kinda like to find something that can integrate with that interface if possible.

Might have to consider one of those tools that can sync specific folders within a PST file, however I would really like to avoid that since it's not likely going to fit well with our workplace policies...
