Default how he do it?

Anyone tell me how he did it?

Just want to figure it out before others.

no double camera - not 2 mirrors. No flash or streaks either.

^

Light is too diffuse to be from the on camera flash.

Someone else is taking the photo/it's on a tripod, soft box/umbrella camera left, self timer, flash on camera set to optical slave and goes off when soft box goes off.

Either that or a few mirrors.

Law of physics/optics says it can't be a single mirror and 1 camera.

oncamera flash is only used to trigger the other light source.

Reminds me of this one I took a while back for giggles (few years ago now):

Could get similar result by having a longer exposure to catch the flash when it goes off.
